Office Appointment
To secure an appointment, a $10 deposit is required. This deposit will go toward your service fee. We will collect your documents and payment then. Once your documents get to the secretary of State, we will keep you dated on your documents.

Delivery
Your apostilled documents will be securely shipped to you or pick up at office. Office visits are by appointment ONLY.

State Apostilles- $199 +Gov. Fees  (7-10 Business Days)

*each additional document $189

Rushed- $229 (3-6 Business Days)

*each additional document $219

Federal Authentication $299 + Gov. Fees (8-18 Business Days)

*each additional document $289

Notary $10 per signature

Translation- $65 per Document (3-4 Business Days)

After Hours Fee $50

Mobile Notary Services-  $2 per mile

Appointment Deposit & No-Show Policy

To secure an appointment slot, a $10 deposit is required. This deposit will go toward your service fee.

Cancellations & Rescheduling: Notify us at least 4 hours in advance to receive a refund or transfer your deposit to a new appointment.

Late Arrivals: More than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling, and the deposit will be forfeited.

No-Shows: If you miss your appointment without notice, the deposit is non-refundable.

By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms. A full agreement will be emailed upon booking.
